Clients may terminate services with written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination date are due.

Payment is not received as agreed

You agree to indemnify and hold TechSolutions harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
